Shipping Policy

Meridian Outdoor provides free FOB Bangkok shipping with Sea freight (LCL or Container) or Air freight or Courier. However, we offer other shipping terms on request and will charge them separately to the total invoice amount. We reserve the right to cancel or deny international or over-water orders if a shipping quote cannot be agreed upon.
We cannot guarantee when an order will arrive. Consider any shipping or transit time offered to you by Meridian Outdooronly as an estimate. We encourage you to order in a timely fashion to avoid delays caused by shipping or product availability.

Multiple Product Orders

For a multiple product order, we will make every attempt to ship all the products contained in the order at the same time. Products that are unavailable at the time of shipping will be shipped as they become available, unless you inform us otherwise.

Order Acceptance Policy

Meridian Outdoor retains the rights to accept or deny an order for any reason at any time. Your order has not been accepted or approved you’ve received a confirmation email from Meridian Outdoor Some orders may require additional verification before their acceptance, and Meridian Outdoor will attempt to contact you via the email address specified for your Meridian Outdoor account. If we are not provided the required information to process your order, we reserve the right to refuse or cancel your order.

Out-of-Stock Products

We will ship your product as it becomes available. Usually, products ship within one to two business weeks. If the product is out of stock at Meridian Outdoor or an outlying warehouse, or is backordered from the manufacturer, it will ship as soon as it becomes available. All lead times and backorder times are estimates. We will keep you informed of any products that you have ordered that are out-of-stock and unavailable for immediate shipment. You may cancel missing Items at any time prior to shipping.

Payment / Terms

We accept only TT into our account in Thai Baht only. Orders are processed upon receipt of a 50% down payment of the total order amount excluding shipping expenses. The remaining 50% plus the shipping costs, if any, are due shortly before the shipping date.

Privacy

We keep your personal information private and secure. When you make a purchase from our site, you provide your name, email address, credit card information, address, phone number, and a password. We use this information to process your orders, to keep you updated on your orders and to personalize your shopping experience.

When entering any of our contests or prize drawings, you provide your name, email address and mailing address. If you win, we will send the prize to the address entered and notify you by email. When you enter a contest or drawing you are also included in our newsletter list to receive notice of promotions, specials and new additions to the Meridian Outdoor Store. You may unsubscribe from this news list by following the unsubscribe instructions in any email received.
The Meridian Outdoor Store utilizes Google Analytics for traffic reporting and site measurement. The data collected cannot be used to identify you, your browsing, or find out any other personal information.

Returns

We will gladly accept the replacement of products that are defective due to defects in manufacturing and/or workmanship for 7 days from the date of arrival. Customer must proof the defect of product by Photo, video or other helpful means. Meridian Outdooris reserving the right to ship the replacement with the next order placed.

Typographical Errors

In the event a product is listed at an incorrect price due to typographical error or error in pricing information received from our suppliers, Meridian Outdoor shall have the right to refuse or cancel any orders placed for product listed at the incorrect price. Meridian Outdoor shall have the right to refuse or cancel any such orders whether or not the order has been confirmed and paid for. If you paid for the purchase and your order is canceled, Meridian Outdoor shall transfer the overpaid amount to your account in the amount of the incorrect price.

Other Conditions

These Conditions will supersede any terms and/or conditions you include with any purchase order, regardless of whether Meridian Outdoor signs them or not. We reserve the right to make changes to this site and these Terms & Conditions at any time.
